Introducing the TDL Fitness Podcast!
TDL Fitness is excited to announce a new podcast radio show that launches next week!
This new 30 minute podcast will be published every Friday and you can find each and every episode right here on the website.
You will also be able to find our podcasts on itunes, Soundcloud and Youtube on our respective channels. Again we will publish links to these on publication of each new podcast.
The podcasts are aimed to to anyone interested in fitness, diet, health or wellbeing.
We will bring you podcasts that follow a general theme for each episode, whether that will be on diet, weight loss fitness, muscle building fitness, pro tips, you name it!
We will also publish a live recorded interview with people in the fitness and diet industry and will be aiming to get out of them the reasons why they got into fitness in the first place and of course advice they can give to our listeners.
We will also be asking every week for fan questions to pose to our interviewe. All you have to do is send us a question via Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, email, website message be it general or personal and we will get it answered by either the interviewe or myself if we run out of time.
We will bring you the latest fitness and diet news so you can stay up-to-date with the latest diets and fitness routines out there.

This podcast is aimed to be entertaining, fun and at the same time informative. We encourage debate so if you disagree with something we said on the podcast please write in and we might bring it up on the next podcast.
Podcast subjects will be announced the week before the podcast on our Facebook and Twitter pages. TDL Fitness members are given the ability to tell us what they would like future podcast subjects to be about.
